About the Neo-M9N

The u-blox Neo-M9N is a high-performance, multi-band GNSS receiver supporting GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou. It delivers a precise 1PPS output that can be used to discipline a NIC’s hardware clock (PHC) for sub-microsecond PTP accuracy.

  • Multi-constellation: GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou
  • High-accuracy 1PPS output for clock disciplining
  • UART interface — communicates via standard serial connection
  • OCP M.2 Sync compliant — plug-and-play with supported platforms

Open Source Hardware

The board design is fully open source under the Open Compute Project. You can view schematics, layout files, and BOM on GitHub: opencomputeproject / Time-Appliance-Project
